In other news, I haven't been completely lax. I've been doing some editing and writing over at my company blog http://www.altriva.com/AltrivaBlog/tabid/61/Default.aspx We're just getting started, but I'm proud of some of that content. It goes into more detail than I generally do here, plus our CRM director has lots of great insight. Once the blog gets going, I'll post a big entry here pointing folks over there. Thanks Pete!
