Vovan,

I opened a case with Microsoft about this very issue over six months ago and they have completely ignored it. I have no idea what to tell you. My case is still open and they just won't give me more information! I guess they laid off the person in charge of this stuff.

Hi Phil.
I'm confused a bit with this exam. Actually I've already passed several exams (mb2-631, 70-536, 70-528) and I'm going to earn Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional – Developer for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. But...

There is information about credentials to the mentioned certificate on the summary page of mb2-634 exam.
In the same time there isn't any information about requiring mb2-634 exam on the summary page of MCBMSP – Developer for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. Instead of 634 exam, Exam MB2-498 (Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0) is required (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/dynamics-crm-professional.aspx#section2).

Do you have any additional info about future credentials of this exam?

Thanks Pete!

I don't think one has to be a .Net person to do well on this exam, but I'll admit that it would probably be hard to familiarize yourself with the concepts unless you've built a few .Net extensions.

In other news, I haven't been completely lax. I've been doing some editing and writing over at my company blog http://www.altriva.com/AltrivaBlog/tabid/61/Default.aspx

We're just getting started, but I'm proud of some of that content. It goes into more detail than I generally do here, plus our CRM director has lots of great insight.

Once the blog gets going, I'll post a big entry here pointing folks over there.

Hi Phil,

Congratulations on passing the exam! I'd love to have a go at this one myself but as I'm not really a .Net person I think it would be way outside of my comfort zone!

Good to see you're still updating the site too :-)
